That’s right folks, this elderly lady had been a friend for well over 20 years, yet had only come to my current home once in 1999 soon after I bought it.  As I recall she found my drive too steep for her. Our friendship and common interests remained solid, until the interference of one very disturbed police officer.

You will see in other posts here, one way she was/has been manipulated to loose contact with me. I strongly suspect there would be more.

More importantly if she was spoken too, and given time to recall our long friendship, one would soon work out, it is a high possibility her statement had been altered as had another witness statement.

Ok back to the here and now. Remember the last remaining conviction held over me is said to have occurred at my home (when was never disclosed/established) and involves an elderly lady,  the same elderly lady, had not been at my home for some 11 or 12 years, if my math is correct. The only evidence is on a sample DVD which is a recording that is not my home  and does not exist in the original form as confirmed by a Judge.

Would you believe anything you read in a newspaper or what Police may say or present to the Court’s system?

I was privileged by a rather brave member of our community who has regular professional contact with the old lady  who was my friend for over 20 years, to have provided me with an affidavit, where it is stated the elderly lady was told by the same police officer who has created all I’m reporting on, that apparently I had a house full of pictures of naked woman or similar. Sorry guys I’ve looked and looked, but just cant find these anywhere. Not even in a police document of evidence, or court documentation.

Further, another long standing friend of mine was told by the same police officer who typed up the middle aged woman’s statement???? that I had been making movies of people having sex. Sorry guys, can’t find these anywhere either.

Ok I’m trying not to get angry as I type this crap. I believe this was a clear attempt to keep these people away from me, by manipulation.

As I write this, you all must realise, I have to keep a lot of actual names etc, out of this article due to ongoing legal actions I simply must take, if only to ensure the safety of our community from this type of thing happening to the less stronger and unsuspecting people out there.

At the beginning of this garbage I’ve been put through, I reckon you should all know that our lad in blue had made an appointment to come to my home. This same lad confirmed this fact while on the witness stand at the district court. More importantly he also told the Judge, he did this, as he had come to my home prior, on several occasions when I was not home.

My living room is like a glass house, if you come to my front door. (Remember I told you that my so called hidden camera could be seen from outside my home).

Ok that burning question I reckon most sane people would have had to ask by now.

Why the hell would I leave my video camera and dozens of old video tapes laying around for all to see, when I knew the boys in blue were coming to my home, if I was using my camera to do bad things.

COME ON LETS GET REAL HERE  ………

Ok now the newspapers told you all, that the Camera was hidden. Guess what, yep you got it, not hidden,  (one could even see it from outside my home looking in the windows you walk by to come to my front door) oh and to prove this point I have a photograph taken by the Police [not sure yet if I can publish this photo, but hopefully I can :-)] of my living room clearly showing the camera sitting in my entertainment cabinet behind clear glass. (even with camera flash reflecting of the glass door). Further that camera is now returned to me and I still have the same cabinet should anyone wish to see this for themselves.

Do you still want to believe what you read in the newspapers, even the Courts section????

I have learnt that Newspapers are only permitted to make court reports public, which were either said or produced in evidence.

My appeal Lawyer had but one goal to achieve.

That was to show, there was no recording as alleged was taken in my living room, to exist in original evidence. Further, that sample DVD evidence known to have been edited was not of my home.

I had no idea what that lawyer had done until only a few months back.

He attended my appeal without me, up in Auckland.

There was absolutely no point for him to challenge laws as he appears to have done. Not for my benefit anyway.

The conviction so well reported about me in the Bay of Plenty times and other news papers, does not exist in original evidence. And yep as I’ve written in other posts. I’m in possession of the actual Judgement which reveals what was and was not on that evidence.
Hmm, no old ladies, just my youngest son interacting with my partner (reported as a middle aged woman)  in my living room,  who briefly lived with me, while looking for her own home, and about an hours worth of my eldest son taking part in a children s play,  back around 2001 or 02.
And we must not forget the (as the Judge put it) brief moment where I was kissing my partner with my hand resting between her thighs. Sorry folks not even a petticoat or other showing.
My sarcasm around the Brief moment comment, comes from the fact this was no less than 9 and no more than 11 seconds long. Yet intriguingly, up to that Judgement was issued, a member of our wonderful NZ Police had seen a really specific sexual act in those few seconds and placed this in the witnesses statement with out their knowledge. (witness had withdrawn statement long before the first district court hearing, stating her statement had content in it she had not said, and how her signature was gained on that statement without her first reading this)

I had intentionally sought out the BOP Times court report writer to ensure she was aware of this fact, yet was never reported to the public. Hmm wonder why???? Perhaps it may have gotten one of our wonderful boys in blue in trouble. Can’t have that could we.

In the above paragraph I refer to the 9 to 11 seconds long recording. With out realizing it, the high court judge who made such a wonderful detailing of this section also made clear reference to recordings either side of this  9 to 11 second recording where he clearly writes, I am wearing different clothes, there fore there is no suggestion of my setting up that situation. What he has not realised, this draws attention to a section of the actual video tape which has been edited in such a way that my poor old video camera could never do.  For you techno dudes, this video camera would always record at 25 frames per second, and could only ever produce recordings strictly at 25 frames per second, no matter when you stopped or started recording it would always be at 25 frames per second.  Only a professional old video tape editing suite could create  a recording such as I saw on that old piece of tape. The Police search of my home confirms I have/had no such  equipment (Which would be large and expensive  I suspect). Does anyone out  there know where such an editing sweet may be found????  Sarcasm again sorry.

And yes, there was a lot of missing footage I had on that old tape of my son which was important to me. If someone with experience in the field of recording with the old video tape systems, were to have looked at that recording, they would have easily worked out many segments of that tape which had been edited in a way my old camera could simply not have done.

It sure is fact, when they say you cant believe what you read in a newspaper. Based on my experience we cant believe or trust in the Police either.
